70 Years Strong: Celebrating Our Journey, Embracing the Future Ahead

A message from AIRINC’s CEO, Jeff Hawk

On March 12, 2024, AIRINC celebrates 70 years in business! During that time, the Global Mobility industry has gone through twists and turns, and we have been there for every new step. From our humble beginnings in Cambridge, MA, we have grown to a global company with offices or employees in Boston, London, Brussels, Hong Kong, and Germany. We initially were just serving clients based in the U.S.A.: now we have over 1,200 clients based in over 50 countries.

People are the building blocks of our seventy-year-old foundation.

We could not have done this without our incredible, loyal clients who have supported and partnered with us for years. We have worked closely together to solve problems and improve programs. We know our longstanding clients’ programs – their histories and structures, both inside and out. We partner with them on the challenges that they face today and those on the horizon.

Our wonderful employees (or AIRINCers, as we like to call ourselves!) are our superpower: We celebrate our dedicated colleagues who take pride in servicing our clients and are always at the ready. The average tenure of an AIRINCer is 10 years. There are even two of us who have been with AIRINC for over 30 years! These numbers speak for themselves.

We would not be the great company we are without our longstanding clients or committed employees.

AIRINC embraces the future and loves thinking ahead. What will the next 70 years bring? How will artificial intelligence help us in our technology developments, our data efficiency, and our servicing of clients? What technology tools do we need to connect the myriad of assignment types now available? How do we offer greater flexibility and advice to make Global Mobility’s jobs easier, given the many hats they now wear? How do we strengthen our partnerships to bring more to our clients? We always want to stay ahead of the pack.

We stand by our motto of Listening, Partnering, and Delivering the absolute best to our clients. We cannot wait for the next 70 years.
